Woman killed as Russian invaders shell residential area of Kherson

At least one woman was killed and another four people injured after invading Russian forces launched artillery strikes at the city of Kherson and its suburbs on Dec. 12, Kherson regional prosecutor’s office reported on the Telegram messenger.
It is noted several apartments in a high-rise building caught fire as a result of the shelling.
According to preliminary data, the Russians used multiple launch rocket systems and artillery in the attack.
The prosecutor’s office initiated a pretrial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier on Dec. 10, the invaders shelled Kherson Oblast 45 times, resulting in two people being killed and another five receiving injuries of varying severity.
