President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the participants of the “Ramstein format” meeting on Jan. 20, the press service of the Office of the President reported on Telegram.

The head of state said that there was little time left and "we must act quickly," and "the Kremlin must lose."

"You are strong people of powerful countries... I urge you to make decisions that can deprive Russian evil of any power," he said.

Zelenskyy stated that the participants of the meeting could guarantee artillery and aviation to stop the terror.

"It is in your power to win," he said.

The head of state also called for longer-range missiles and F-16 fighter jets to be provided to Ukraine.

"I can thank you hundreds of times, and it will be absolutely fair and honest, given everything we have already done,” Zelenskyy concluded.

“But hundreds of thanks are not hundreds of tanks. We can all say thousands of words, but I cannot replace with words the guns that are needed against Russian artillery or the anti-aircraft missiles that are needed to protect people from Russian air strikes.”
