Zelenskyy conducts Supreme Commander-in-Chief Staff meeting

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conducted a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Oct. 24, according to a press release from the President’s Office.
The reports of the commanders of the operational directions about the current situation on the frontline were heard, the enemy’s possible actions in the near future were discussed,” the press release says.
“Emphasis was placed on the importance of organizing reliable protection of the country's energy grid. Separately, the participants of the meeting focused on rebuilding the energy facilities that were damaged in recent strikes by Russian missiles and kamikaze drones."
The meeting also looked into “alternative ways of temporarily providing households and enterprises with electricity and communications,” and stated that the Ukrainian government is “stepping up” efforts to shore up security for Ukraine’s power grid and infrastructure.
