Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the presidential press service reported on Nov. 28.
According to the report, the commander-in-chief and senior military commanders discussed the current situation on the battlefield and the next steps of Ukraine’s defense forces to liberate Ukrainian territory.
Participants have agreed on ways to respond to possible challenges related to enemy actions.
In addition, the meeting’s agenda included a discussion of the course of restoring the energy system, its protection against possible Russian attacks, the provision of citizens with communication and access to heat, as well as the rollout of Invincibility Centers across the country.
Vadym Denysenko, an advisor to Ukraine’s Interior Minister, said on Nov. 28 that Russia may launch another mass missile attack on Ukraine at any moment.
The Ukrainian military has also warned about the threat of another Russian missile attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
Due to the Russian missile strikes at Ukraine’s critical infrastructure on Nov. 23, the power deficit in the energy system amounted to 27% as of early Nov. 28, with emergency power cuts throughout Ukraine.
