In addition, the meeting’s agenda included a discussion of the course of restoring the energy system, its protection against possible Russian attacks, the provision of citizens with communication and access to heat, as well as the rollout of Invincibility Centers across the country.

Vadym Denysenko, an advisor to Ukraine’s Interior Minister, said on Nov. 28 that Russia may launch another mass missile attack on Ukraine at any moment.

The Ukrainian military has also warned about the threat of another Russian missile attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.

Due to the Russian missile strikes at Ukraine’s critical infrastructure on Nov. 23, the power deficit in the energy system amounted to 27% as of early Nov. 28, with emergency power cuts throughout Ukraine.
