A leaked Pentagon memo says that the leader of the Wagner mercenary company, Yevgeny Prigozhin, offered in late January to disclose to Ukraine Russian troop positions in exchange for the withdrawal of Ukrainian soldiers from Bakhmut, U.S. media report.
