Viktoriia Udaltsova is an independent researcher. She is currently assisting the Razumkov Centre with a project on the role of Ukraine in the future of Euro-Atlantic security systems, and is volunteering to support UNDP Ukraine's team with strategic foresight on recovery and development policies. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of York, and is a member of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic security. Her interests include Russia, Eastern Europe and the post-Soviet space; political attitudes, public opinion, nationalism in Ukraine; security and post-conflict reconstruction.
