Kyiv to receive partial payment from EU’s fourth Ukraine Facility tranche
Ukraine has not fulfilled all reform requirements to receive the full fourth tranche under the Ukraine Facility program, so the payment will be partial, European Commission spokesman Guillaume Mercier said on July 25.
