Freedom of Russia Legion encourages Kursk locals to film Russian troops; FSB responds with arrests
The Freedom of Russia Legion, which supports Ukraine in its war against Russia, has urged residents of Kursk Oblast to share information on Russian forces, leading the Federal Security Service to detain locals for filming Russian troop defeats, Russian Telegram channel Mash reported on Aug. 9.
