Georgia’s Interior Ministry dispersed protests in Tbilisi sparked by the government’s plan to suspend EU membership talks and reject budget grants until 2028, Radio Liberty’s Georgian Service wrote on Nov. 29.

In Kursk, Russia, refugees from Sudzha, a town under Ukrainian control, held an impromptu protest. Authorities declared the demonstration illegal and demanded the organizers be identified, 7x7 Horizontal Russia reported. In video footage shared by the outlet, several dozen people can be seen gathering on Red Square in Kursk on Nov. 10.
