Ukraine’s education ministry recommends online classes amid security concerns
Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science has recommended that universities extend winter break or continue remote learning through Feb. 8. The recommendation was announced by Deputy Education Minister Mykola Trofymenko, who said a formal letter had already been sent to university rectors on Jan. 29.
