Russian FSB lured Lviv bombing suspect with $1,500 offer
Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) promised a reward of 60,000 hryvnias (less than $1,500) to the suspect in the terrorist attack in Lviv on the night of Feb. 22, Ukrainian journalist Vitaly Hlahola reported on Telegram the following day, citing law enforcement sources.
