Pepco to sell 344-store Dealz Poland chain for 1 zloty ahead of Ukraine expansion

Poland’s Pepco Group will sell all of its shares in supermarket chain Dealz Poland for the symbolic price of 1 zloty, or about 27 cents, as it prepares to expand into Ukraine, the company said in a June 3 statement.
