Russia’s federal budget revenues from oil and gas rose 38.7% in April 2026 compared with March, increasing by 239 billion rubles to 855.6 billion rubles ($10.9 billion), driven by a sharp rise in global oil prices linked to the war in the Middle East, The Moscow Times reported on May 6.
