Zelenskyy appoints Oleksandr Poklad as acting SBU chief

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Oleksandr Poklad, first deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine, to serve as acting chief of the agency. The appointment was formalized in presidential decree No. 622/2026, published on the President’s Office website on July 17.
