Major Russian oil refinery shuts down following Orsk dam burst

One of Russia’s most important oil refineries and the only one in Orenburg Oblast has been temporarily shut down due to “abnormal flooding” after a dam burst in the city of Orsk, the Orsknefteorgsintez PJSC’s press service reported on Telegram on April 7.
