England's Court of Appeal upholds $3 billion fraud ruling against PrivatBank's former owners

England's Court of Appeal has upheld a High Court of England and Wales ruling ordering former PrivatBank owners Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholyubov to pay the bank more than $3 billion in damages, interest and legal costs, PrivatBank announced on May 22.
