Ukraine’s war damage bill soars to $486B and counting
Ukraine's post-war reconstruction and recovery could cost $486 billion over the next decade, up from an estimate of $411 billion a year ago, according to the Fourth Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (RDNA4) released by the Cabinet of Ministers on Feb. 25.
