Russian commanders use dead troops’ names in election fraud, Atesh reports

So-called “early voting” in Russia’s State Duma elections began on Aug. 29 in temporarily occupied territories, ahead of the official vote scheduled for Sept. 18–20. This has allowed Russia to launch a large-scale election fraud operation, the Atesh partisan movement reported.
