Zelenskyy sanctions Russian propagandists backing war against Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree imposing sanctions on Russian scholars, occupation officials and organizations that support Russia’s war against Ukraine, spread propaganda and distort historical facts. Decree No. 161/2026 was published on Feb. 24 on the website of the Office of the President.
