Ukraine warns of Russian attempt to encircle troops near Myrnohrad

Russian forces have concentrated more than 10 units around the town of Myrnohrad in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast in an attempt to cut Ukrainian supply routes and encircle defending troops, Roman Pysarenko, head of the communications unit of Ukraine’s 79th Separate Air Assault Tavriya Brigade, said on Jan. 16 on Kyiv 24 television.

Ukraine denies 50,000 Russian troops massed near Kharkiv
