Ukrenergo assesses underground substations as part of security plans
NPC Ukrenergo will not build underground substations, citing the decision as problematic, Serhiy Nazarenko, head of the company's Office for Identification and Countermeasures against Threats to Critical Infrastructure, said at the Energy Security Dialogue-2024 in Kyiv, according to Interfax-Ukraine on Dec. 5.
