European Commission denies offering Ukraine an alternative deal on critical resources
The European Commission denied on Feb. 25 that the
EU offered Ukraine an alternative deal on critical resources to a U.S. proposal,
with spokesperson Thomas Regnier making the statement in Brussels, according to
Interfax-Ukraine.
