Zelenskyy declares Russian energy facilities legitimate military targets
Energy facilities in Russia are legitimate military targets for Ukraine, as are military sites, because they finance Moscow’s war effort, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told students and faculty at the Kyiv Aviation Institute during an event marking the 120th anniversary of aircraft designer Oleh Antonov’s birth on Feb. 8.
