Ukrainians under 22 can now freely travel abroad
The Cabinet has updated the rules for crossing the state border under martial law, allowing all men between the ages of 18 and 22 to travel abroad freely, Ukrainian PM Yulia Svyrydenko announced on Aug. 26.
