Ukraine includes EUR exchange rate in draft budget for first time
A forecast of the average official exchange rate of the hryvnia against the euro has been included for the first time in Ukraine’s state budget, the Cabinet of Ministers reported on Sep. 15, posting the draft state budget for 2026 (No. 14000) on its website.
