Tymofiy Mylovanov steps down from Ukroboronprom supervisory board / The New Voice of Ukraine

Tymofiy Mylovanov — former adviser to presidential chief of staff Andriy Yermak, former member of the supervisory board of Energoatom, and current president of the Kyiv School of Economics — is stepping down from his role on the supervisory board of state-run defense conglomerate Ukroboronprom, he confirmed in a comment to Ekonomichna Pravda on Nov. 13.

Mylovanov said his decision was prompted by the position of the Kyiv School of Economics supervisory board, which “strongly advised him to resign from all supervisory board posts at state-owned companies.”

A KSE board meeting scheduled for Nov. 22 will decide whether Mylovanov will remain president of the Kyiv School of Economics.

The current supervisory board of Ukroboronprom was appointed by the government on Dec. 29, 2023. Alongside Mylovanov, it includes Davit Lomdzharia — a member of Ukrzaliznytsia’s supervisory board and former CEO of Iberia Refreshments PepsiCo — Arizona Defense and Industry Coalition President and CEO Lindi Smith, and Serhii Konovets, a former supervisory board member at Ukreximbank and former executive at Naftogaz of Ukraine.

The board also included former Prime Minister and Aerorozvidka supervisory board chair Oleksii Honcharuk, who resigned voluntarily, the company announced on Nov. 7.

On Nov. 11, 2025, Mylovanov — who formerly served as Ukraine’s minister of economic development, trade and agriculture — also announced he was leaving the supervisory board of Energoatom due to a corruption scandal that had recently come to light.
