The government order states that the funds are allocated to "strengthen the state's defense capability."
Once printed, the summonses will be sent to conscripts and reservists via registered mail with a description of the attachment and a delivery notification.
Ukrainska Pravda reports that this decision was made during a meeting on Sept. 24.
They plan to print 300,000 summonses each month, with the Ministry of Finance instructed to allocate funds from the state budget's reserve fund.
A report on the use of these funds must be submitted to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Treasury Service by Dec. 28.
Earlier, the government clarified the requirements for issuing summonses to conscripts and reservists and defined the verification and dispatch mechanisms.
On Sept. 11, Roman Istomin, spokesman for the Poltava regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC and SP), stated that summonses will be mailed to all conscripted citizens, regardless of whether their information has been updated.
