Nova Poshta expands network with new branches and parcel lockers in 2026

Nova Poshta stepped up investment in expanding its network across Ukraine in the first quarter of 2026, focusing on infrastructure and service capacity.
In the first three months of the year, the company installed 2,680 new parcel lockers, opened 36 branches and 329 parcel drop-off and pickup points, Nova Poshta said.
Most of the new-format branches were opened in residential complexes — 21 out of 36 branches were located in housing developments. The highest number of new branches appeared in Kyiv and Lviv oblasts, as well as in frontline Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where demand for fast logistics remains consistently high, the company said.
“It is worth noting that we are not only opening new Nova Poshta service points, but also standardizing our existing network in line with current customer needs. During the first quarter, 19 branches changed locations to make Nova Poshta services more convenient,” said Hanna Fedchenko, head of network development planning at Nova Poshta.
The company paid special attention to the development of parcel locker logistics. The network of automated Nova Poshta pickup points is rapidly expanding and currently totals 36,755 parcel lockers nationwide.
“In addition to scaling the network, we are experimenting with formats and testing new models to make delivery even more convenient. Recently, we opened a parcel locker hub with 26 sections, 286 compartments and a length of 13 meters. We are also adding new stacks to existing lockers where there is sufficient demand and technical capacity. So far, 445 locations have been expanded in this way,” said Artur Kudelin, director of the parcel locker department at Nova Poshta.
By the end of 2026, Nova Poshta plans to expand its parcel locker network by 6,000 units and open 300 mini-branches across Ukraine, the company added.
Earlier, Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta announced their operating schedules for Easter.
