UA’s chances at 4th Eurovision title skyrocket after Ukrainians choose Jerry Heil & Alyona Alyona

Eurovision oddsmakers seem to agree with Ukrainians – Jerry Heil and Alyona Alyona were the right choice to represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2024.

The odds of Ukraine winning its fourth Eurovision nearly doubled after Ukrainians selected the duo’s Teresa & Maria at last week’s National Selection finals.

Ukraine is now the favorite in the competition – by a large margin – with oddsmakers giving the star-studded pair a nearly one in five chance of winning.

Ukraine leads the way with a 19% chance to win, followed by the UK (8%). Italy, Iceland, and Israel are next (6%).

Before the selection of Jerry Heil and Alyona Alyona, Ukraine had a 9.5% chance to win Eurovision 2024.

The odds are sure to change as more and more artists are named to represent their countries.

Eurovision 2024 will be held in May in Malmo, Sweden following Swedish singer Loreen’s victory last year at the event hosted by Ukraine in Liverpool, UK.
