Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremska shared her expectations for the upcoming Australian Open quarterfinal match against 19-year-old Czech Linda Nosková, during a Jan. 22 press conference after defeating two-time Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka, in the quarterfinals.

"She's a good player,” said Yastremska of Nosková, who knocked world number one Iga Swiatek out of the tournament.

“I saw a couple of her matches. I think it's going to be a tough match, but an interesting one, but I don't have much to say about her. I need to be more focused on myself, because everything is going to depend on me. But she's great player. Good person."

Unfortunately, Ukraine's top player, Elina Svitolina, was unable to complete her match against Nosková due to an injury, TheTennisLetter reported on Jan. 22.
