Russia pummels Kherson Oblast, killing 68-year-old man in his own yard & injuring 4 others
A 68-year-old man was killed in his own yard in Russia’s indiscriminate shelling of Kherson’s suburbs around 16:00 on Nov. 29, the city Military Administration’s head, Roman Mrochko, reported on Telegram.
The enemy carried out 128 artillery strikes in the past 24 hours from the region’s left bank, which remains under Russian occupation. The Russian fired a total of 778 shells on Kherson Oblast, including 21 shells at its administrative center. Four civilians were injured, regional military administration head, Oleksandr Prokudin, wrote.
Russian troops shell Kherson and the region almost daily, killing civilians and destroying the region's infrastructure. At least 106 educational institutions have already been destroyed in Kherson.
Russian forces destroyed a children's library in Kherson with a direct hit from a shell, regional military administration head, Oleksandr Prokudin, showed in a video on Telegram on Nov. 24.
Three civilians were killed and five others injured in the Russian artillery shelling of Chornobayivka, Kherson Oblast, Ukraine’s Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported on Telegram on Nov. 23.
