Belarus
is likely building a defensive line and installing concrete anti-tank
fortifications 20 km from the border with Ukraine, local monitoring group
Belarusian Hajun said in a Telegram post on May 18.

"It is symbolic that this morning at a meeting of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, (Belarusian dictator Alexander) Lukashenko called the Ukrainian offensive ‘disinformation’ and stated that ‘in my opinion, there is no counter-offensive and there cannot be," the message says.
“So, Lukashenko doesn't believe in a counteroffensive, but he decided to play it safe anyway?”
Earlier, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported that about 2,800 Russian troops remain in Belarus.
