Budanov’s masterful ‘Silence’ video is taking the internet by storm
The sleek and mysterious video posted by Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) chief Kyrylo Budanov imploring Ukrainians that “Plans love silence” is taking the internet by storm.
The video sees Budanov sitting in silence at his desk for over 30 seconds.
The video ends with a lightly smirking Budanov looking at the camera and the words “To be continued.”
Ukrainians are humorously trying to figure out what this video is about.
