Russian strike levels apartment building in Kramatorsk: 3 dead, 10 injured

Three people were killed and 10 others were injured in the July 31 Russian strike on the residential neighborhood of Kramatorsk that partially leveled a five-story apartment building, Donetsk Oblast Governor Vadym Filashkin reported on Telegram the following day.

Search and rescue efforts are ongoing for potential victims remaining under the rubble.

At least 30 houses and 13 cars were damaged in the afternoon strike on the city.

On the same day, the Kyiv City State Administration’s (KCSA) head Tymur Tkachenko reported that the death toll from the July 31 brutal Russian drone and missile barrage of the Ukrainian capital had risen to 31 people, including five children.
