Russian shelling and drones devastate communities in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk Oblast - photos
Russian shelling and drone attacks damaged about 20 private
houses, outbuildings, numerous vehicles, a transport company building, a shop,
power lines, and a gas pipeline in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, regional
governor Serhiy Lysak reported on Telegram on the evening of
July 16, sharing photos of the aftermath.
“Once again, the communities of Nikopol, Marhanets and Pokrovsk have been shaken by Russian attacks," he wrote, adding that several fires that broke out after the attack had been extinguished.
On July 14, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia had used nearly 1,000 air attack weapons against Ukraine during the week.
