Debris from an intercepted Russian missile have set a house in Kyiv’s Darnitsya district ablaze, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported in a Facebook post on March 28.

According to the statement, firefighters were able to contain and eradicate the fire in an hour.

The capital city of Kyiv has been under near-constant fire from Russian invading forces, leading to the destruction of numerous buildings in high-density residential areas. The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to intercept and shoot down incoming cruise and ballistic missiles.
