Drone attacks FSB administration in Kursk Oblast, five Russian border guards injured

A drone reportedly dropped three explosive devices on the regional administration of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in Kursk Oblast, Russia, the Telegram channel ASTRA reported on May 16.

The incident took place at 23:00 p.m. on May 15, the channel reported.

The explosives targeted the administrative building of the Border Guard Department of the FSB in the village of Glushkovo, Kursk Oblast, resulting in injuries to five Russian border guards.

Meanwhile, Roman Starovoit, the governor of Kursk Oblast, stated on Telegram that in the oblast’s Sudzhansky District an alleged “Ukrainian drone” dropped an explosive device on a working excavator.

The explosion caused minor injuries to the driver operating the construction machinery.
