Two suspicious objects were found in Romania's Constanța County, one of which was identified as a drone, Romanian media, including Antena 3 CNN, reported on Aug. 16.

One of the objects was found about 1.5 kilometers off the coast near the port of Tomis and was subsequently secured by the Coast Guard. Romania’s Defense Ministry later said it was a drone that did not contain explosives.

According to information obtained by Antena 3 CNN, the object may be a military drone.

In addition, tourists found a cylindrical metal object with a rusted surface on a beach in Eforie Nord. According to the latest information, it was part of a ship’s pipeline.
