Russian drone attack in Sumy kills couple in civilian car — photo
Russian forces reportedly attacked a civilian car on the Kipti-Glukhiv-Bachivsk road in Sumy Oblast, killing a 35-year-old man and his 34-year-old wife on Aug. 24 around 8 a.m.
The Prosecutor's Office of Sumy Oblast reported the incident and released a photo of the burning car.
They have initiated criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war and intentional homicide, under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code.
