Drones attack Russian Kursk and its Oblast
Russia's Kursk and its Oblast allegedly came under massive drone attack on the evening of July 24, Kursk acting governor Aleksey Smirnov wrote on Telegram.
The Oblast's air defense systems reportedly shot down 12 drones over Kursk, Smirnov said.
Kursk residents wrote about loud explosions, and even claimed to have discovered burning drone debris near the city.
Power outages were recorded on Ryabinovaya Street, a gas pipeline was damaged. Emergency services are working on the scene, Kursk city administration wrote.
There have also been reports of cars damaged, with more claims continuing to come in.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
