Pro-Kremlin Russian media reported an attack by drones on Dec. 6 on a base holding Russian strategic reserves of fuel – the Slava plant in Bryansk Oblast.
The drones reportedly exploded near fuel tanks.
“An attack on the plant, which is located 80 kilometers from the border of Russia and Ukraine, happened last night,” the message reads.
“Two drones flew into the plant's area – they fell and exploded three meters from the diesel fuel tanks. At that moment, the five-tonne tanks were empty, and a serious fire was avoided.”

Meanwhile, previously there were reports of a nighttime attack by drones in Kursk, and the day before, explosions rocked airfields in Engels, Saratov Oblast, and Diaghilev, near Ryazan.
