The eleventh exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia took place on June 10, the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim has reported.

“Today was the eleventh exchange, thanks to the coordination headquarters for working with prisoners,” he said in a video address on Telegram.

Kim added that the Head of Shevchenkove Village Council Oleh Pylypenko had been returned home.

“The head of Shevchenkove Village Council Oleh Pylypenko was held captive for two months, was found, and (his release) negotiated for a very long time,” Kim said.

“Therefore, up to this moment, I didn't want to and couldn't talk about it. But now he is already here.”

Kim did not specify how many people had been returned to Ukraine and how many prisoners had been transferred to Russia.
