Explosion reported near Sevastopol Thermal Power Plant, is captured in photo

An explosion occurred near a thermal power plant in the city of Sevastopol in Ukraine’s Russian-occupied Crimea on Nov. 3, the Telegram channel Krymsky Veter has reported.
The explosion was said to have taken place around 9.30 a.m. local time, and was heard near the thermal power plant, situated within an industrial area that includes an asphalt plant.
The channel said the reports remained to be confirmed.
