Tragic bus accident in Khmelnytskyi: two dead, including a child
A passenger bus accident in Khmelnytskyi Oblast killed two people, including a 12-year-old girl, on Aug. 13, according to the National Police.
The incident occurred at 7:45 a.m. on the H-03 highway near the village of Vyshnopil in the Starokostyantyniv community. The driver of a LAZ Liner bus was transporting a group of children and two adults from Lubar, Zhytomyr Oblast, to Mykulychyn, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. Preliminary reports suggest the driver lost control, causing the bus to overturn. There were 23 people on board, including 19 children, two accompanying adults, and two drivers.
