Kyiv air defense downs 15 drones overnight
Air defense units in Kyiv intercepted up to 15 suicide drones as they approached the Ukrainian capital overnight, the Kyiv military administration reported on August 3.
The attack, which was launched from the north, was the 820th strike on Kyiv since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine began.
"The eighth attack in a row by Shahed barrage munitions on Kyiv [occured last night]. It was a mass strike again, the same as yesterday. Up to 15 aerial targets were identified and eliminated by Ukrainian air defense units," the administration reported.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
