Six trapped in Kharkiv enterprise after massive Russian attack
In the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv, six individuals remain trapped in an enterprise following a nighttime Russian strike involving drones, guided aerial bombs, and a missile, the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office reported on Telegram on June 7.
The trapped individuals are likely employees of the enterprise targeted by the Russian attack. There is currently no contact with them, the prosecutor's office reported.
Search and rescue operations in the city are ongoing.
Overnight into June 7, Russian forces conducted the most massive attack on Kharkiv since the beginning of the full-scale war, deploying 53 drones, four guided aerial bombs, and a missile.
One of the drones struck a nine-story residential building in the Osnovyanskyi district of the city, causing fires in apartments on the upper floors.
Additionally, dozens of drones hit an enterprise in the Kyivskyi district. According to the regional military administration, a fire broke out over an area of 10,000 square meters. Another drone struck a private residential sector. As of 2:00 p.m., the number of fatalities has risen to three, with 21 injured, including a 1.5-month-old boy and a 14-year-old girl.
