Lithuania has decided to prohibit Patriarch Kirill of Moscow from entering the country, Lithuanian news outlet Delfi reported on July 27.

The Lithuanian Interior Ministry declared the Russian Orthodox bishop persona non grata on June 23.

“Patriarch Kirill denies Ukraine’s territorial integrity, and sovereignty and supported Russia’s aggressive actions, which grossly violate international law and principles,” the ministry said.
