If Russia violates the peace agreement with Ukraine in the future, it will be considered a conflict with all the states that contributed to its conclusion, French President Emmanuel Macron said at a joint press conference with his US counterpart Donald Trump on Feb. 24.

“If Ukraine and Russia sign an agreement, thanks to the efforts of President Trump, and if we [European countries] give guarantees, and Russia violates the agreement, then this will be a conflict with all those involved in the peace process. And this is a difference from what happened in 2014... This is a real change,” he said.
