Cadet guns down two instructors at Ukrainian military base
Ukrainian police is investigating the murder of two instructors at a military training center in Chernihiv Oblast on July 16, the regional police reported.
A cadet fatally shot the instructors with an assault rifle during a shooting exercise. The cadet was detained on July 17.
The incident was recorded in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 115(2)(1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers the intentional murder of two or more people.
A pre-trial investigation is currently underway.
