Online Q&A. Munich Security Conference: A turning point for Ukraine?
The New Voice of Ukraine invites its Patreon subscribers to new question-and-answer sessions with our guest Dr. Kari Odermann. Dr.Odermann is a political analyst and communication specialist with over 20 years of experience, including in Ukraine.
Kari was a participant at the recent Munich Security Conference where US Vice President JD Vance delivered a broadside against the European political order. He spoke little about Ukraine in this speech, but the administration was simultaneously preparing bilateral talks, excluding Ukraine, with the Russian Federation. This drew an icy response from most others there, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
We will discuss this speech and other issues at the Munich Security Conference, along with the wide-ranging effects they may have in Europe in general and Ukraine specifically.
We will record the Q&A session for later release.
Please see our Patreon for more details. We will be taking questions during the live session but want everyone to have a chance to ask beforehand as well. We are making this session open to all subscribers.
The live session will take place on Friday, Feb. 21st at 6pm Kyiv time, 11am Eastern Standard Time.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.
For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
Please consider supporting us on Patreon for just $5 a month – your donation does directly to supporting journalists and ensuring that this front of the infowar says solid and defended.
Thank you.
